Media

Personal data that is processed when you sign up to an eLearning account:

We ask you to provide your email address, name, username and job position (if applicable) to administer a learning account for your eLearning experience as part of our services.

Personal data that is processed when you engaged SES Academy to undertake services; data that is provided for the billing purposes.

SES Academy, will only hold the most basic of information for this purpose. This information will be identified prior to being provided.

Purposes and Legal Grounds:

  • Much of the information we hold will have been provided by you or your organisation for the purposes of SES Academy being able to undertake legitimate business interests in delivering our services to you or your organisation.
  • SES Academy will hold basic information that allows us to deliver our services in the provisions of services, invoicing and accounting; along with individual services such as eLearning (As detailed further in this policy)
  • Data collected will be retained for a period of 6 years in order to satisfy any HMRC query; this information will be basis.

The name you provide is associated with your account profile and is displayed when you submit comments or other material on the Open Learning training environment.
